The good:
• That scenic elevator.
• Rooms are spacious and could fit 5 to 6 persons.
• Rooms have veranda and decent bathroom.
• Courteous staff.
• Scenic infinity pool.
• Pool side cabana looks great.
The bad:
• The beach is clean, but is not that beautiful.
• Water activities can be limited.
• Food can be so-so.
• Relatively far.
Overall, the resort has good amenities, a big swimming pool, cable TV, clean and spacious rooms, among others. The place is ideal for families or company outings.
We went here with the whole family for Christmas. Everyone is friendly and nice. Downside is that it's only on cash basis. The rooms needs more cleaning. The building looks rundown. Food is good but they are not keeping up with the breakfast buffet. You can't walk by the beach pass 6pm as well.
Love that the place has many rooms and can accommodate big groups (more or less a 100). We had our team building here, and they had big function rooms for our indoor activities. Their rooms are also spacious.
I'm giving it 3stars, as food served lacks taste (which my teammates also agreed) and their front beach is not appealing, that's why we spent our time at their swimming pool instead. Furthermore, cable network at that time are not working and since, it's not a smart TV, we couldn't plug in a USB flash drive for us to play some movies, instead. And also, they don't have WiFi and their glass windows are dirty
Poor hospitality - no WiFi/TV reception in rooms, repetitive lunch/dinner meals and not much to do in the resort.
Poor facilities - doors are broken and balconies were dirty, and cockroaches were lurking in the sink/bathroom.
We had a company outing here so at least we have something to do even if the facilities are lacking.
Very very beautiful place.
The rooms are basic and there are not much amenities, but they are comfortable and in a good state. The staff are polite and nice.
They offer plenty of services for beach fun and stuff.
The pool is great and huge. The beach is clean. Waters are generally calm. No waves to speak of. Huge shallow area where kids can play safely.
Food is okay. Not amazing but tastes fine. However it is overpriced. Walking out of the facility for ~10 mins you can reach good local cuisine. We ate at a place called Victory's Canteen. Best Lomi ever.
PROS: great resort with a beautiful scenery. the rooms were big and clean. the pool was also very clean. the staff were very polite and helpful. the breakfast buffet was also pretty okay compared to others. sunset looks amazing on the beach. i personally enjoyed parasailing. the resort wasn't crowded at all, so if you are looking for some quiet time, this is perfect for you. CONS: the pool is not cemented, thus having a pretty sharp bottom that left our feet scarred, as well our hands, knees, and more. we went there when it was low tide, so we had to walk pretty far to get to the shore, but by morning it was back to normal.
overall: it's great and would definitely return again :) just hope they put tiles on their pools.
Worst experience I ever had in my entire life. It should not be called a hotel, horror house suits this place.Elevator is not working well. The rooms are scary and very filthy. If you want to have a great holiday this is not the place for you. Facade photos were deceiving but if you were in the actual place, you will be disappointed.
A premiere place to visit. They have a view of the sea from the window and an infinity pool. And it is good for team building but not for couples for their room is too big and good for 4 pax and room rates ranging P6000 above.
